Kate is an attorney by profession, but a travel journalist at heart. Her love of travel was born after a service learning trip to Nicaragua, and deepened further after studying abroad in Greece and London. Kate’s travels have now taken her to 18 countries and 23 states. When not adventuring, Kate lives in Maryland with her two rude cats, Olive and Dill.
